How do I change the Open/Close/Evaluation dates?

Sometimes you may need to modify the Project's schedule with respects to the Open, Close or Evaluate By dates (e.g., when you need to extend the evaluation deadline). It's important to note that the date and time displayed are based on the timezone of the individual who is making an update, rather than that of the Organization.

From the Project Details page, click on Actions -> Edit Schedule.

The Edit Schedule window will pop up. From here you are able to modify any of the project dates via the appropriate dropdown menus.

NOTE: You must type a reason otherwise you will not be able to save the changes.

You can then click the Update Schedule button to confirm the changes. 

If the project schedule is changed by a Department Agent then a notification is sent to all Managers in the department that the project belongs to.
