You are only able to download and view your submission documents while a Project is in the Open Stage, in case you need to make any edits to your Submission. Once the Project closes, you will no longer be able to download or view any documents.
This is because once a project has closed, document control transfers to the Buying Organization - just like when a paper bid is dropped off. Once the document control transfers, Bonfire no longer has the ability to freely retrieve your Submission data.
We recommend reaching out to the Project Owner directly if you need to retrieve a copy of your bid documentation.
