Is there a way to send messages to Vendors from the Contract Module?

The Contracts Module does not have capabilities that would allow you to reach out to Vendors directly. But there is a tab where you can create and store the Vendor's contact information for the respective contract.

On the Contract Details page, you can add the Vendor's contact information under the Vendor Contacts tab.
