Can multiple auctions be launched within one project?

Opportunities may include multiple auctions, but only one auction may be active at a time.

Once an auction is completed, you will be able to run another one by navigating to your project, clicking Requested Information -> Auctions -> Create.

You will also be able to view all of the auctions you created under the Auctions section, as shown below.
